The Restoration

Dead turf is fixable.

Most artificial turf does not need to be replaced. The fibers are still there. The infill is still there. What is gone is the structure.

We power-brush the matted blades back upright, vacuum the dust the hose cannot pull, top off the infill where pets and traffic have moved it, and treat the surface so the odor stops where it started.

Done right, your lawn looks new. Done wrong, you bought it twice.

The question we hear most

Can old artificial turf be restored? Yes, almost always.

Matted fibers, faded color, pet odor, dust loaded into the infill. These are the four reasons people think their turf is gone. All four are fixable. The fibers and infill are still there. What is gone is structure, and structure is what we put back.

Common questions

The things people ask first.

See all FAQs
  • Can old artificial turf actually be saved?

Most of the time, yes. Matting, dust, pet odor, and faded color can all be addressed without replacing the turf. If the backing is failing or the seams have come apart, that is a different conversation, and we will tell you straight.

  • What does the process look like?

We power-brush to lift the fibers, vacuum the debris, top off infill where needed, and apply a sanitizer or odor treatment based on what your turf needs. Most jobs take a few hours per yard.

  • Is the treatment safe for pets and kids?

Yes. OxyTurf is non-toxic and pet-safe once it dries. We let you know when the area is fine to use again, usually within a couple of hours.

  • How often should I have it done?

It depends on pets, traffic, and how much dust your yard catches. Most homeowners do a deep clean once or twice a year. Households with multiple dogs do better on a quarterly plan.
