Green Revive Turf (“we”) is a service-area artificial turf cleaning business owned and operated by Will Barnum, based in Mesquite, NV. This page explains what information we collect when you use green revive turf.com, how it is stored, who can access it, and how to ask for deletion.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to quote your job and follow up:

• Free Estimate form. Name, phone, email, service address, square footage, pet status, services of interest, and any notes or photos you choose to submit.
• Email replies. If you reply to a confirmation email, your message and email address are received in our inbox.
• Server logs. Standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp, page) retained by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
• Admin authentication. If you log into the admin area, a session cookie is set to keep you signed in. This is the only cookie we currently set.

What we do not collect

• No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels are loaded on the public site today.
• If analytics are added in the future, a cookie consent banner will appear first and you can opt out.
• No payment data is processed on this site. Payments happen separately.

How it is stored

• Form submissions are stored in a managed Postgres database (Neon, hosted in the US) and a copy is emailed to the business inbox.
• Photos uploaded by the admin for the gallery are stored in Vercel Blob (US).
• Email is sent through Gmail SMTP using a dedicated app password. Inbound messages live in the greenreviveturf@gmail.com inbox.
• AI captioning for the admin gallery uploader uses Anthropic Claude. Photos you upload via the admin tool are sent to Anthropic for inference. No public-form data is sent.

Who can see it

Form submissions and gallery photos are visible to the business owner and authorized admins on an allowlist. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing. Required disclosures (law enforcement, legal process, safety) are the only exceptions.

Retention

• Estimate form submissions are retained as long as the inquiry is active, then archived.
• You can ask us to delete your record at any time. We will do so unless we are required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
• Server logs roll off on the hosting provider’s standard schedule.

Your choices

• Access or delete. Email greenreviveturf@gmail.com and we will respond within 14 days.
• Cookies. The session cookie is set only when you sign into the admin area. To clear it, sign out or clear cookies for this domain.
• Do Not Track. We do not load tracking pixels, so there is nothing to disable.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the page for 30 days.
