Can old artificial turf actually be saved?
Most of the time, yes. Matting, dust, pet odor, and faded color can all be addressed without replacing the turf. If the backing is failing or the seams have come apart, that is a different conversation, and we will tell you straight.
Do you do commercial properties?
Yes. HOAs, hospitality, multifamily, and small parks. Routing and after-hours work both available.
Do you install new turf?
Restoration is the focus right now. Installation is on the roadmap. Call us either way and we can point you in the right direction.
How the work actually gets done.
What does the process look like?
We power-brush to lift the fibers, vacuum the debris, top off infill where needed, and apply a sanitizer or odor treatment based on what your turf needs. Most jobs take a few hours per yard.

Is the treatment safe for pets and kids?
Yes. OxyTurf is non-toxic and pet-safe once it dries. We let you know when the area is fine to use again, usually within a couple of hours.
What equipment do you use?
Turfmatic for the power brushing and turf vacuum. OxyTurf for the deodorizer and sanitizer. The full kit is what makes the before-and-after difference.

Yes. Every estimate is written so you know exactly what you are paying for before we start.

How often should I have it done?
It depends on pets, traffic, and how much dust your yard catches. Most homeowners do a deep clean once or twice a year. Households with multiple dogs do better on a quarterly plan.
Do I need to be home for the appointment?
Not always. If the work area is accessible, we can take care of it while you are out. We will text photos when finished.
What if it rains or the weather turns?
