The honest version
Why publish pricing when most cleaners hide it? Because hiding it wastes everyone's time.
Most turf customers want to know whether the work is in their budget before they spend an hour on the phone. Published prices give you that read in ten seconds. The final quote depends on access, square footage, pets, and what the turf actually needs. None of those are secrets.
Green Revive Turf
The questions people ask before they book.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. Estimates are free. Photos and rough square footage are usually enough to start.
What is your minimum?
Minimums depend on location, access, and what the turf needs. We confirm the quote before scheduling.
Do you require a deposit?
Most residential cleaning jobs do not need a deposit. Larger commercial work may require written approval before scheduling.
What counts as commercial?
HOA common areas, hotels, casinos, multifamily properties, dog parks, putting greens, and any property needing vendor style scheduling or invoicing.
Can you quote from photos?
Yes. Photos, square footage, address, and pet details are enough for most first estimates.
